This is an example of the proposal we received when we received a request from us, "We want a PC that can be used for chemical analysis and mathematical calculations and has high-speed calculations and responses."
The CPU is Xeon E5-4650 x 4 (total 32 cores), and the memory is 256GB. We built RAID 512 with 4GB SSD x 0 for data, and also equipped with 4TB HDD x 1. Quadro 6000 GPU was adopted and Tesla K20 was adopted for GPGPU. In addition, the design focuses on heat measures.
We have published the performance evaluation report of the machine in this case.
