PcModWin is the world standard Windows interface for MODTRAN. Atmospheric radiative transfer model jointly developed by US Air Force Research Institute and Spectral Sciences. You can model atmospheric propagation of electromagnetic radiation in the spectral range of 100.2-100 um.
What is MODTRAN: Abbreviation for MODerate resolution atmospheric TRANsmission.
