MODTRANIs an abbreviation for Moderate resolution atmospheric TRANsmission, which is an atmospheric radiation transmission model jointly developed by the US Air Force Research Laboratory and Spectral Sciences.Atmospheric propagation of electromagnetic radiation over the spectral range (0 – 50,000 cm-1;> 0.2 μm) can be modeled.
