Beam loss simulation WS

This is an example of a proposal from a customer as a workstation for beam loss simulation, "I want to speed up the Monte Carlo calculation of parallel calculation as much as possible within the budget" (budget 300 million).

Since we emphasized the number of cores, we proposed the CPU with Xeon Scalable (Xeon Platinum). The number of cores is secured as much as possible within the budget rather than the CPU base clock (26 cores x 2: 52 cores in total).

Since it is said that the graphics performance is not particularly concerned, it is assumed that Radeon HD6450 will be used and OS will be Ubuntu or Scientific Linux.

【Main Specifications】

CPU Xeon Platinum 8170 (2.1GHz 26 cores) x2 (total 52 cores)
