GenEx Is software that has a wide range of functions from basic data preprocessing and management in real-time PCR (qPCR) to advanced cutting-edge data analysis. It provides methods for reference gene selection and validation, sample classification, gene grouping, and time-dependent process monitoring.

Features of GenEx

Basic data editing and management:
It features a user-friendly interface that supports accurate and reliable pre-processing of raw data for analysis, an important part of qPCR experiments. And for complex experimental designs, intuitive and powerful presentation tools provide professional diagrams.

Advanced data analysis:
It is fully functional to demonstrate feasibility and includes features such as parametric / nonparametric statistical tests, clustering methods, principal component analysis, and artificial neural networks (available with GenEx Professional or Enterprise. Function).

GenEX has the following versions.

・ GenEx Standard
provides an extensive set of pre-processing modules together with data visualization and a limited set of analyzes.

・ GenEx Professional
contains all modules of GenEx Standard plus
a larger number of statistical analysis modules, suitable for gene expression profiling.
GenEx Professional also contains all wizards for direct data import from instruments.

・ GenEx Enterprise
contains all modules of GenEx Professional plus
the most advanced data analyzes including Dynamic PCA, ROC curve, Artificial Neural Network, and Support Vector Machine.
GenEx Enterprise also provides modules for data analysis conforming to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) standard documents.
