We received an inquiry from a customer regarding the introduction of a rack mount PC for analysis using JMAG (electromagnetic field analysis software), STAR-CCM + (fluid analysis software), Intel Fortran Compiler, etc.

We requested you to increase the number of cores as much as possible within the budget of 400 million yen, so we proposed a 12 CPU configuration of 4 cores x 48 units (4 cores in total). We also estimate CALs, RDS licenses, and Intel compilers for 2016 simultaneous logins on Windows Server 5. The storage is intended for servers, and has a RAID card + SSD RAID5 configuration.

【Main Specifications】

CPU Xeon Gold 6126 (2.60GHz 12 cores) x4 (48 cores in total)
memory 384GB (ECC REG 16GBx24)
storage 960GB SSD Intel DC S-ATAx8 (RAID5)
* Hardware RAID card
network GigabitLAN x4
