Structure Sensor (Mark II) Is a compact 3D scanner (IR camera) that can be attached to an iPad, and is a global shutter type camera that can be used indoors and outdoors. In addition to being lightweight and compact, it is equipped with a high-quality 6-axis IMU, has a wide range of data acquired by an ultra-wide-angle camera, and can scan with higher quality and accuracy.
Since it uses a non-contact infrared irradiation method that irradiates infrared rays and reflects them to measure the shape, 3D capture can be performed with higher accuracy than conventional contact digitizers. It is used for model forming with 3D printers and game application development using AR function.
