After the delivery of our PC, we received an inquiry from the customer that the operation was unstable (freezing and restarting occurred), and we had the opportunity to take it.
When I checked the inside, I found that the memory that was initially installed was used by the customer by replacing it with another one. We replaced it with a high-quality memory that we have standardly adopted, and the problem stopped.
Please note that the operation is not covered by the replacement of a low-priced memory by the customer.
