Horizon Technologies' fluid property package He3Pak (UI, user interface) is used for equations such as saturation pressure, saturation density, melting pressure and density, fluid and state, thermal conductivity and viscosity, surface tension, etc.
It is software developed based on. Both thermodynamic and transport properties of helium-3 (3He) can be calculated.
It covers gas-liquid equilibrium, solid-liquid equilibrium, compressed liquids, real gases, and critical regions (the calculation uncertainty for p-ρT, specific heat, speed of sound, etc. is typically within ± 1%). The critical and normal boiling points of helium 3 (3He) are 3.3157 K and 3.1968 K, respectively, and 3He is in the superfluid phase below 0.0026 K.
He3Pak is software developed based on the equations (a) to (f) below.

(b) Saturation density: 2.6 mK to critical point 3.3157 K
(c) Melting pressure and density: 2.6 mK to 35 K
(d) Debye fluid state: temperature from 2.6 mK to 1500 K, limit pressure 20 MPa
(e) Thermal conductivity and viscosity: Temperature 2.6 mK to 500 K, limit pressure 20 MPa
(f) Surface tension: from 3 mK to 3.3157 K
