Workstation for acoustic analysis

A customer inquires about a workstation to use the acoustic module of COMSOL Multiphysics.

The customer's request was that the Xeon configuration was the best, but at the time of the inquiry, the Xeon arrival status was poor, and there were also requests that the delivery time be prioritized. I proposed.

AMD Ryzen CPUs were also selected as a CPU that can be selected from the price range, but because the memory capacity and bandwidth are important factors for the software to be used by customers, AND Ryzen with 2 memory channels is used. Instead, I chose a 4ch Intel Core-X CPU.

【Main Specifications】

CPU Core i9 10900X (3.70GHz 10 cores)
memory 128GB (32GBx4)
storage SSD 1TB (S-ATA)
video NVIDIA Quadro P1000
network GigabitLAN x1
Housing + power supply Middle tower housing (width 233 x height 465 x depth 543 mm) + 750W
OS Ubuntu 18.04

Since this configuration is mainly intended for acoustic analysis, the sound function is equivalent to a general computer. If you need a device to handle sound in real time, you can add an audio interface.
