We received a consultation from a customer about a machine for using the CAE software "Femtet".
Femtet is a very memory-intensive software that uses hundreds of GB of memory depending on the type of processing.Also, CPU parallelization tends to slow down the speed improvement around 8 threads.
Taking these assumptions into consideration, we have provided an estimate for a 8-core 10 CPU with more room than 1 cores, with a memory configuration of 64 GB specified by the customer.
To parallelize Femtet, it is necessary to install the parallelization option separately from the software itself, so please check the software environment you are using before installing the machine.
