Machine for protein three-dimensional structure analysis (entry model)

From a customer, an example of a machine for protein three-dimensional structure analysis (PC 9193) For low-priced specifications.
I would like a machine that runs AlphaFold 50 with a budget of about 2 yen.

Since AlphaFold2 is based on Tensorflow, we decided that if GPGPU could be used, it would be possible to use it at a realistic level, and considered the configuration.

The GPU RTX A4000 is not a high-end product, but it is a product with the lower limit specifications that can be actively used for GPGPU to some extent.
Please note that Geforce RTX 3080 and 3090 are excluded from the options in this case as they will exceed your budget.

In addition, AlphaFold2 has multiple installation methods, and depending on the method, installing the CUDA Toolkit in advance may actually hinder the setup.
Therefore, this configuration does not include the installation of CUDA Toolkit.
Please feel free to contact us if you wish to ship with the CUDA Toolkit installed.
