Machine for brain image analysis

We received a consultation from a customer who would like to introduce a high-end machine for brain image analysis with a budget of about 200 million yen.
When brain image data such as fMRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and DWI (diffusion weighted image) are analyzed by software such as SPM, BrainVoyager, and DSI studio, it is desired to have a configuration that can be processed in a short time. The smoothness of image extraction in is also emphasized.
Also, as a condition of the hardware itself, we would like to install multiple SSDs.

Since it is clearly stated that the software you are using, Brain Voyager, uses Intel's MKL (Numerical Arithmetic Library), all bases are unified with Intel specifications.As for GPU, BrainVoyager supports acceleration, so we are using high-end products that can be installed within your budget.

Since the capacity of SSD was not specified, as a guide for the time being, it is a configuration with 2 TB for the system and 4 TB for the data.We will change it according to your request, so please let us know if you have any specifications regarding the number of units to be installed or the capacity.
