How to tell if Polarizer is present
This is a way to tell from the behavior of the camera whether the ZED 2i has a Polarizer.

What to prepare
- ZED2i
- PC running ZED 2i
- Liquid crystal screen (LCD) *
* Please prepare an LCD screen that is different from the monitor of the PC that operates ZED 2i.
procedure
- Connect ZED 2i to your PC and display ZED Explorer
- Point the ZED 2i lens at the lit LCD screen and project the LCD screen on the ZED Explorer (dedicated viewer).
- With the lens facing the LCD screen, tilt the ZED 2i little by little to see the LCD screen reflected on the ZED Explorer.
Result
The model without Polarizer does not change the appearance of the LCD screen on the viewer even if the angle of ZED 2i is changed.
On the other hand, in the model with Polarizer, when the ZED 2i is at a specific angle, the LCD screen on the viewer is displayed dark over a wide area.
