CPU: Core i7 3.0GHz or higher

[CPU selection to reduce the risk of trouble occurrence]
The CPU is a Core i7-12700 (2.10GHz 8 cores + 1.60GHz 4 cores), which doesn't meet your desired base clock (3.00GHz), but it's a deliberate choice.
The Core i3.00-7K is a CPU that meets the 12700 GHz clock, but products with a K at the end of the model name of this generation consume more power due to the increased clock performance.As heat generation increases, the heat treatment inside the machine may become a problem when considering the conditions of 24-hour operation.
I presume that the system's AI processing itself is performed by the GPU, but if the CPU does not perform high-load processing, I think that choosing the Core i7-12700 with this configuration can reduce the risk of trouble. It seems.
The Core i7-12700 supports the TurboBoost function, and the maximum clock when TurboBoost is operating is over 3.00 GHz.
[GPU suitable for AI inference processing]
GPU video memory It is easy to meet 4GB or more, but if you select a GPU with a capacity close to 4GB, it will be a powerless entry class product for use with GPGPU.
Therefore, we have selected the A2000, which has performance equivalent to that of the middle class, in consideration of the application.This product has performance that can be generally used as far as AI inference processing is performed.
[Selection of parts that can withstand long-term continuous operation]
For 24-hour operation, we select highly durable parts for long-term continuous operation.
When using HDD for storage, the risk of mechanical failure is high, so SSD is used.
The cooling fan of the housing will also be replaced from the standard accessory to a highly durable product.
The temperature of the operating environment is a point to note when operating 24 hours a day.
We conduct operation check and load test in an environment of room temperature 25℃.
We would appreciate it if you could use this temperature as a guideline for stable operation.If you operate it at a temperature higher than that, there is no immediate problem, but please be aware that constant operation at temperatures above 30°C increases the risk of failure.
[Precautions for long and safe use]
In addition, since the configuration of this example is equipped with a cooling fan, it will suck in dust in the space if it is operated for a long time.This does not mean that the problem will occur immediately, but the risk of failure can be reduced by performing maintenance work such as removing accumulated dust on days when the equipment is not in use.
In addition, as a condition of the installation environment, please install it in a place where it is difficult for dust to accumulate.
Although this configuration is designed for long-term operation, it is a product in the form of a general desktop machine.
Due to the nature of the installation environment, if the generation of dust cannot be avoided, there may be an option to consider a closed machine that uses a dedicated housing.
