In order to maximize the number of cores within your budget, we propose a configuration using ThreadripperPRO, considering the balance between specifications and cost.

For the OS storage, an M.2 type SSD is used with emphasis on speed, and for data, an S-ATA type HDD is used to balance capacity and cost.
