Machine for NGS analysis

A customer involved in research on agricultural productivity consulted us about the introduction of an NGS analysis machine.
Since bioinformatics is not my specialty, advanced processing/work is not planned.
I have heard that there are no plans to move the 3D model mainly for the purpose of analyzing image analysis data and gene expression data with WinRHIZO using Excel or R, or calculating quantitative data from sequence data.

In addition, the customer's expected specifications are as follows.

These specs are based on advice from an acquaintance, and he himself is not familiar with PCs.
Therefore, they want something that is easy to use, and they are worried that there will be problems such as more time and effort to set up compared to PCs made by general major manufacturers.We also received a question about what kind of software is included with the product when it is delivered.

Based on your request, we propose the following configuration.

【Main Specifications】

For the CPU, AMD Ryzen9 Threadripper 7950X is selected, and it satisfies the condition of "CPU: about 32 threads".
Also, I heard that the 3D model will not be displayed or manipulated, so the video output is onboard for cost reasons.

When compared with machines made by general major manufacturers, there is not much difference in the set-up contents to be done after delivery.However, trial versions of security software are not bundled with our company's PCs, so please contact us if necessary.

In addition, regarding software other than the OS, we do not include or install anything other than what Windows provides as standard.Therefore, you can use it comfortably without having to occupy machine resources with a lot of software that you do not plan to use or without annoying pop-ups.
Currently, Windows supports writing and reading DVDs as standard. Separate software is required to create and play back DVD-Video, but no additional software is required if you do not use it for such purposes.
