This is because the 3.5-6.5GHz frequency band used by Pozyx does not fall under either the low band (3.4-4.8 GHz) or high band (7.25-10.25 GHz) specified by the Radio Law.
The Radio Law limits wireless devices that can be used in Japan to those that have acquired the Technical Conformity Mark, but there is a special system that allows domestic use of products without the Technical Conformity Mark only for experiments, tests, and surveys. .If you submit a notification for the special system, domestic use of products without the Technical Conformity Mark is permitted for 180 days.
