The storages 10260 and 1 in case No.PC-2A that you saw are for installing different OSs.
The purpose of changing the storage capacity in this case was to use it as a primary storage location for data, so instead of changing the capacity of the OS storage, we added two 4TB SSD M.2 as data storage.

In addition, the CPU and GPU are changed according to the budget and current specs.

There is information that the Local version of ColabFold also works with WSL2, so depending on the case, I think it may be possible to implement the Ubuntu side processing with WSL2.
