Information from our company

REFPROP before installing the new versionold versioncompletelyneed to uninstall.
If you did not uninstall the previous version, please follow the steps below to install again.

  1. Uninstall REFPROP Version 10
  2. Install old version
  3. Uninstall old version
  4. Delete any residual directories or residual files in "Program files (x86)" "C:\Users\username\AppData"
  5. If REFPROP.DLL is found after a system-wide search, delete the directory containing REFPROP.DLL and any REFPROP-related files within it.
  6. Install REFPROP Version 10 again

 

[Point]
It has been reported that REFPROP leaves related files when uninstalled.
If the files related to the old version remain, the new version will not work properly.Delete all associated files including hidden files.
