[Product introduction] Source Clays / Special Clays : Clay mineral standard samples

Clay mineral standard sample provided by The Clay Minerals Society on Unipos website "Source Clays / Special Clayspage has been added.

Clay samples adjusted to allow comparison of data over time Source Claysand rare clay samplesSpecial ClaysThere are two types of clay available, each with a lineup of clays of various types and production areas.

conditions to obtain certain experimental results in the fields of mineralogy, crystallography, geology, geochemistry, sedimentology, soil science, agriculture, physical chemistry, colloid chemistry, ceramics, petroleum engineering, foundry engineering, soil mechanics, etc. are organized.

Source Clays

Clay samples from large and moderately homogenized stocks.Data can be compared over many years.

Carefully selected from the original deposit by experts to minimize in situ variability. As any beneficiation technique can lead to changes in properties, pretreatment is usually only low temperature, steam heated tray drying, imp or Raymond mill grinding.

*Each raw material consists of 1 metric ton (1000kg)
