Receipt data analysis machine

We are conducting research using the receipt database.
Currently, I am using a Macbook Air with 1GB of memory equipped with an M16 chip, but I would like to introduce a dedicated PC with a budget of about 40 yen because analysis takes time.

We plan to use VigiBase, NaviCat for SQLite, R, JADER, Microsoft Access, and EZR.
In the long term, we would like to conduct secondary analysis using RNA-seq count data, and if possible, it would be ideal to have a configuration that can be upgraded so that it can be used for docking simulations with a relatively low intensity.

In addition, we plan to use an external SSD for storage. OS is cost priority and Windows 11 Home is good.

CPU Core i7-13700K (3.40GHz 8-core + 2.50GHz 8-core)
memory 64GB
storage 1TB M.2 SSD
video on board (DPx1 HDMIx1)
network on board (2.5GBase-T x1) Wi-Fi x1
Housing + power supply Middle tower case + 850W
OS Microsoft Windows 11 Home 64bit

We considered the configuration according to your request.

It is assumed that an external SSD will be used for data storage, but there is a possibility that memory overflow or intermediate files such as R may be temporarily written to the storage on the main unit side. For this reason, we have selected high-speed products as system SSDs.Based on this premise, it is not assumed that data will be placed in the storage of the PC itself, and if the free space decreases, the speed will decrease, so please be careful.

For the machine as a whole, we prioritize computing CPUs within our budget.
The software you plan to use does not use GPU acceleration, so the GPU is not installed and the screen output uses the onboard function. If you try to install a GPU within a budget of 40 yen, the overall specs will be incomplete. Also, the GPU is an expansion card that can be added at a later date, so it is assumed that you will consider it when it becomes necessary.

The configuration of this case study is based on the conditions given by the customer.
Please feel free to contact us even if you are considering different conditions from what is posted.
