This product was developed as a joint project by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the US National Institutes of Health (NIH).

A mass spectral library (NIST 40) containing approximately 132 EI spectra, 49.2 million MS/MS spectra, and 23 RI values, and a database for searching these data and identifying compounds. A set of software (NIST Mass Spectral Search Program).

Main uses
