PC for image inspection and imaging

A customer involved in the manufacturing industry consulted us about the introduction of an imaging control machine in the automatic inspection process.
There are 14 cameras to be connected, and I would like to have a means of video output via HDMI.
As a specific condition, we have received the following specifications.

・CPU: Intel Core i9-10980XE level
・ Memory: 64GB
・Network: 4 ports
・Storage: 1TB M.2 SSD
・GPU: NVIDIA T1000
・OS: Windows 10 IoT
・Others: Plans to connect 14 cameras

Based on the information you provided, we proposed the following configuration.

CPU Intel Xeon Gold 6326 (2.90GHz 16 cores)
memory 64GB REG ECC
Storage 1 1TB M.2 SSD
video NVIDIA T1000 4GB
network on board (10/100 / 1000Base-T x2)
Housing + power supply Middle tower type housing + 1500W
OS Microsoft Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2019 LTSC 64bit
OS 1GbE 4-port LAN card x1
PoE 4-port LAN card x4
MiniDisplayPort to HDMI conversion adapter

A total of 36 PCIe lanes are required to accommodate all desired expansion cards.
Considering the number of PCIe slots required to install expansion cards, as of August 2023, there are no single socket motherboards that meet the requirements for the latest 08th generation Core series and 13th generation Xeon Scalable series. was.
Therefore, it is configured with the 3rd generation Xeon Scalable series that satisfies the requirements and can be equipped with all expansion cards.

With regard to camera connection, by installing four PoE compatible 4-port LAN cards, it is possible to connect up to 4 cameras.

Also, the NVIDIA T1000 does not have an HDMI output port.
Therefore, we have selected a MiniDisplayPort to HDMI conversion adapter to indirectly enable video output via HDMI.

The configuration of this case study is based on the conditions given by the customer.
We will flexibly propose machines according to your conditions, so please feel free to contact us even if you are considering different conditions than what is listed.
