Cryo-electron microscopy single particle analysis workstation

A customer involved in research in the life science field asked us about a workstation for single particle analysis using a cryo-electron microscope. We would like to find the optimal configuration with a budget of around 220 million yen. The specific conditions are as follows.

This configuration uses the 2024-core model of the Ryzen Threadripper PRO 4 WX series, which is the latest as of April 7000.
With 24 cores and a 4.20GHz operating clock, you can expect high performance during analysis.

NVIDIA Geforce RTX4090 x2200V environment is required when installing

In accordance with your specifications, NVIDIA Geforce RTX4090 x2 is installed.
In addition, the TDP of NVIDIA Geforce RTX4090 is 450W, which is a product with high power consumption, so if two cards are installed, a 2V environment is required.

If being able to use it in a 100V environment is a priority, you can reduce the number of RTX4090 installed to one, or change to two video cards with lower power consumption such as NVIDIA A1 or NVIDIA RTX6000 Ada. We can accommodate you.
