[Product Introduction] TITA | Direct Drive Actuator Wheeled Biped Robot


On the Unipos website, a direct drive motor controlled 8 degree of freedom leg wheel type robot "AUNTpage has been added.

TITA is the latest model in the wheeled biped robot series developed by China's DirectDriveTech. It is equipped with a direct drive actuator designed and developed by the company, which provides excellent stability and movement performance.

This 8-degree-of-freedom robot has high perception and autonomous decision-making capabilities, and its cutting-edge direct-drive joints and hub motor drive technology give it both the speed and agility of a wheeled robot and the adaptability of a legged robot (capable of two types of locomotion: wheeling and stepping).

It also features a universal attachment system (TITA BRIDGE) that allows for the attachment of any external accessories, such as vision modules, communication modules, AI hosts, edge processors, and various sensors.

TITA Features

Adaptable to any terrain

It has many features, such as excellent drop resistance, strong self-healing ability, obstacle avoidance, and efficient and flexible movement on various terrains and in complex environments.
It also operates in environments ranging from -10℃ to 45℃.

High-performance quasi-direct drive motor

Eight high performance quasi-direct drive joint modules with a peak torque of 8 Nm provide a strong and reliable power drive system.
With eight degrees of freedom, it offers an excellent range of motion, allowing for smooth and quick movement.

Equipped with 100 TOPS EV-certified computing power and obstacle avoidance function

Equipped with the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB chip, it uses ultrasonic sensors, SPAD TOF, and stereo cameras (optional LIDAR) as its vision solution, achieving high-precision measurements down to the millimeter and a recognition rate of 95%.

High durability and continuous operation

The aircraft is made of a magnesium alloy, which is approximately 3.35 times stronger than aluminum alloy and 10 times stiffer than ordinary plastics.
The battery is also hot swappable, allowing for smooth battery replacement.
