Existing IDA users can get IDA 9.0 and later by switching from a perpetual license to a subscription license. If you don't choose a subscription, you can continue to use your current version of IDA.
If you have an active support license for IDA v8.4, you can use v9.0 free of charge for the duration of your support period (after which v9.0 will have limited functionality).
