LookingGlass Workstation

This is a proposal for a machine specialized for use with the light-regenerating display "Looking Glass."

CPU Intel Xeon W3-2535 3.50GHz (up to 3.0GHz at TB4.6) 10C/20T
memory Total 64GB DDR5 5600 REG ECC 32GB ×2
GPU NVIDIA Geforce RTX4090 24GB
storage 2TB SSD M.2 NVMe Gen4
network on board (2.5GbE x1 /10GbE x1)
Housing + power supply Middle tower type housing + 1500W
OS Microsoft Windows 11 Professional 64bit

The machine we propose has specifications that fully meet the operating requirements for using Looking Glass. The GPU uses the latest generation Geforce RTX2024 10GB as of October 4090, which provides high performance in rendering 24D content and real-time preview. It also supports high-resolution display output, making it ideal for running 3D applications and interactive demos.

The configuration in this example is based on a RADIC 1CPU model 2500.

・What is LookingGlass?

Looking Glass is a desktop display product that can display 3D images that can be seen with the naked eye. Its unique feature is that it does not require a VR or AR headset and allows multiple people to view 3D images at the same time. Currently, there are a variety of sizes available, from small to large.
It is capable of displaying 3DCG, animations, photos with depth information, and more in three dimensions, and is primarily used by Unity developers in game development, 3D artists to share their work, product designers to streamline the design process, and in presentations for construction-related work.
