A customer involved in genome research has inquired about a GPU machine to use NVIDIA Parabricks. The GPU candidate is a configuration of two NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada 48GB GDDR6 cards, and the CPU is required to maximize the GPU performance. Memory capacity of 2TB or more is required.
Additionally, the customer requested the following three types of storage:
- Storage 1: SSD (4TB or more, read/write speed 6,000MB/s or faster)
- Storage 2: SSD (4TB or more, read/write speed 6,000MB/s or faster)
- Storage 3: HDD (20 TB or more)
The condition is that the power supply must be available in a 100V environment. The OS is Ubuntu 22.04 LTS pre-installed, and the client would like to introduce a tower-type chassis configuration that can also be rack-mounted, within a budget of 600 million yen.
Other requests we have received include a foot stand for using the chassis vertically and slide rails for use when rack mounting.

This configuration is equipped with two GPUs and uses a high-speed CPU model (AMD EPYC 2).
The power supply unit has a capacity of 1600W (approximately 100-1200W in a 1300V environment) and can be used in a 100V environment.
The proposal also includes a rack mounting rail kit and a foot stand for use as a vertical tower chassis.
The SSD is equipped with Gen4 NVMe in a Gen2-compatible M.4 slot to meet your desired speed.
