4Configuration optimized for MinION Mk1D

The configuration complies with the official requirements for the MinION Mk1D and meets the requirements for a sequencing environment, including USB Type-C connection and support for Ubuntu 24.04.
It supports high-speed I/O such as Thunderbolt 4 and USB 10 Gbps, ensuring connectivity with external devices.
The CPU, memory, and storage have been enhanced to support real-time control and data streaming using MinKNOW.
