JTAG Live Controller Is a USB-powered, lightweight, pocket-sized, low-cost boundary scan controller. Single TAP (Test Access Port) is compliant with JTAG standard, TAP voltage can be programmed from 1.5V to 3.6V, and test clock frequency can be programmed from 1KHz to 6MHz. It will help you solve the problem.

Compatible with all JTAG Technologies developer tools, including the free JTAG Live Buzz utility, JTAG ProVision and JTAG Live Studio.
