NIST/EPA/NIH Mass Spectral Library (NIST20) released (June 2020: Information update)

A new version of the mass spectrum library and search program "NIST / EPA / NIH Mass Spectral Libraries", which has been a long-selling product at Unipos.NIST20) Will be released(Scheduled for June 2020).

Compared to NIST17, the library has significantly increased the quantity, quality and relevance of content, and has increased the number of records.

Features (content quality)
・ Mass spectrum library of EI spectrum: 306,869 (up about 17 from NIST4 – EI increase is the largest ever)
・ MS / MS library: Approximately 31,000 cases (approximately twice that of NIST17)
・ Compound library: 139,498 (more than 17 from NIST4,000)

■ NIST Tandem MS Library
Library of tandem mass spectra (MS / MS spectra)

Features (content quality)
・ 130 million MS / MS spectrum / 186,000 ions (about twice that of NIST17)
