OLIGO Is software for performing nucleotide sequence analysis / PCR primers for gene amplification, making synthetic genes, and designing and analyzing various probes including siRNA and molecular beacon.
In the latest version of OLIGO 7, multiplex primers are automatically created, multiple gene files are processed at once, and primers for detecting multiple target gene sites are designed in a single search, and primers / probes for real-time PCR are used. Functions such as automatic search for sets and search for nested PCR primers are provided.
